Join us for our Sunday Worship Service on August 17th at 11:00 a.m.

This Sunday, we grapple with a challenging passage from the Gospel of Luke in which Jesus speaks of fire, division, and the cost of discipleship. Though we may be tempted to skip over these hard words, they remind us that following Jesus sometimes challenges the values of our culture and may even disrupt our closest relationships. Yet we are not alone. Many have gone before us—those who chose faith over comfort—and they now surround us as a “great cloud of witnesses,” urging us to run with perseverance the race set before us.
