The announcement and birth of John the Baptist was an occasion of great joy for his family and the wider community. For the church it is also such a source of joy. We could even call it a fête, a celebration, a party, as the church has often done. The Fête de la St. John Baptiste! Join us to explore this wonderful story; a story that somehow still carries over into our modern days in Québec.
