Sinking into the sorrow of our times, we may feel surrounded by darkness. And yet, we are called as Christians to “repent, for the kingdom of God has come near.” The Biblical concept of “repentance” is not about shame or guilt. It simply means to be willing to look at things from a different perspective – to be open to a changed mind and a renewed heart. This Sunday, we will explore the deep wisdom and surprising power that can emerge when we shift our perspective and step into the light.
