Funeral Service for The Rev. Dr. J.S.S. Armour

We are grateful for the life, legacy, and the wisdom and love with which the late Rev. Dr. J.S.S. Armour led our church. A funeral service will be held at The Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul on Friday, August 8, at 11:00 a.m. We invite you to this service and to keep Dr. Armour’s loved ones in your prayers. Reception to follow in Kildonan Hall.

Dr. Armour was our Minister from 1983-1998, and named minister emeritus in 1999. He was the honourary chaplain of The Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada and honourary life chaplain of the Royal Montreal Curling Club. He also served on the board of the Mount Royal Cemetery. He was married to Margaret and has four grown children and five grandchildren.
