Canadian Cancer Relay for Life

The A&P Youth Group is once again partnering with Deux Montagnes to participate in the Annual Canadian Cancer Relay for Life on Saturday, June 13th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Our route will begin at the church, winding through downtown Montreal, and returning back to The Quiet Garden at 8:30 p.m. for the Luminary Ceremony. All are welcome to join us for the walk and Luminary Ceremony. You may purchase a luminary from Sharon at $5 each to light in honour or memory of a loved one. All proceeds will go to the team.

Sadly this year, we are walking in loving memory of Art Dworzak, an adored Youth Leader for so many youth, spanning 50+ years, who lost his long and courageous battle with cancer on August 15, 2025.

We are also walking in honour of Wylma Cobb, Penni Clarke, Cindy New, and Sharon Dworzak, all Cancer Survivors, who carry a message of hope. Please seek out our Youth Group members after the service if you would like to make a donation, or donate to our team online.
